1. Zero tolerance statement

My Social Collection strictly prohibits the production, publication, sharing, promotion or facilitation of any CSAM or content instrumental to grooming, exploitation or abuse of minors. Immediate removal and reporting to authorities. No exceptions.

This page describes My Social Collection's public standards to prevent, report and handle child sexual abuse or exploitation content.

2. Commitment and policy

2.1 Prevent

  • Terms that explicitly prohibit CSAM and sexualization of minors.
  • Age gate at registration: access is allowed from age 13 and up; users under 13 are not allowed.
  • Minor accounts: messages can only be received from followed accounts; no advertising profiling.
  • Marketplace use is prohibited for users under 18.
  • Moderation team training on grooming and CSAE signals.
  • Processes and tools supporting moderation, such as triage, anti-spam and rate limiting.

2.2 Detect

  • Qualified human review of reports received.
  • Monitoring of suspicious behavior, including grooming patterns and contacts with minors.
  • User reports are handled with the highest priority.
  • Every decision to report to authorities requires mandatory human review.
  • Cooperation with competent authorities for confirmed reports.

2.3 Respond

  • Content removal within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Immediate account suspension and bans on device, IP and email where applicable.
  • Secure preservation of evidence for at least 12 months.
  • Reporting to the Italian Postal Police CNCPO within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Cooperation with judicial authorities upon formal request.

3. In-app reporting

The in-app reporting channel is available at: Profile → menu → Reports.

The form allows users to report content, users, misconduct, attempted scams, transaction errors and possible profiles of children under 13. You can add the involved user or content, a link or reference, a description, and screenshots or photos if useful for review.

Child safety

For CSAE, grooming or other risks involving minors, use Reports and the dedicated contact listed below. Child safety reports are handled with priority.

You do not need to provide evidence to submit a report: a reasonable concern is sufficient.

5. Removal and reporting process

  1. Triage within 1 hour: urgency classification of the report.
  2. Specialist review: a trained moderator reviews the content using international CSAE guidelines.
  3. Confirmation or rejection: if confirmed, the content is removed within 24 hours.
  4. Account suspension: the account is suspended; device, IP and email bans are applied where applicable to prevent re-registration.
  5. Evidence preservation: content, metadata, logs and connection data are stored in a secure area for at least 12 months.
  6. Authority report: see section 6; confirmed cases are reported to the Italian Postal Police CNCPO within 24 hours.
  7. Case closure: internal documentation and notice to the reporting user where possible.

6. Cooperation with authorities

6.1 Italian Postal Police - CNCPO

The National Centre for Combating Online Child Pornography is the primary reporting channel for MY SOCIAL COLLECTION LTD. We report all confirmed CSAM cases within 24 hours of confirmation.

6.2 International cooperation

We cooperate with courts and law enforcement in accordance with applicable legal procedures. Cooperation with international bodies occurs upon formal request from competent authorities.

To protect victims and preserve investigative confidentiality, in some cases we cannot share outcome details.

9. Updates and resources

Periodic review; material changes are communicated at least 15 days in advance. Last review: May 2026 (v1.0).
